hey lovers, i know my gallery has really been dwindling.
im finally at home alone right now, so i figured id sit around in my undies and play with my scanner.
i finally uploaded my photography assignments from college-eo.
10 pictures not-so-fresh from the darkroom, 10 from my final for school. they are meant to be a very very kitschy version of the seven deadly sins, but alas, i needed 10 pictures for my final, so some have repeats. all the people that helped me, thanks a bunch - you really made this great, you were all superb to work with and the pictures are so amazing. if you did your makeup crazy and teased your hair in a basement, if you took off your pants and got in a dog cage, if you let me draw on your face, if you brought so much alcohol into your dorms basment you coulda gotten kicked outta school, if i piled food on you, I LOVE YOU.

Lust - Jess Rogowski & Jessie Liebham (i will credit the idea of this to me, but the fact that it actually happened is all about brian fitz.)

Gluttony - Drink - Self Portrait (i know... i look like hell, thats really the point. please take notice of my amazing fake vom that i took so much time to make, and put a tid bit on my lip )
Greed - Najie Sengbloh (shes such a ballah, she had to be in this one.)
Sloth - Brandi Reis ( i cant believe she let me do this to her, and i love this picture too much!)
Wrath - Gossip - Jess Rogowski & Jessie Liebham (these expressions are priceless, and this picture was such a BITCH to get in the darkroom.)
Wrath - Murder - Jess Rogowski & me (originally a self portrait, but all you see is my ass.. also another good expression for jess, hah)
Envy - Jess Rogowski & jessie Liebham (my favorite picture out of everything - to take was so fun, to devolop and see how awesome it turned out... gah i this one!!
Pride - Pre-Op - Alicia Holt (my crazy roommate, who would never let me do her make up but she let me draw all over her face with her markers)
Pride - Post-Op - Jess Rogowski (and yes, everyone loves this one, but i am little biased towards it, because if you were there when i took it, aka if your name is jess rogo, then you know that picture looks nothing like where it was taken, but i worked my magic in the darkroom. gotta love that toilet paper.)

word on the street is there are some naysayers about my photography...
heres the ish:
i have 22 digital camera pictures.
i have 25 ish??? darkroom shoot on hurr. in real life, i have more. the minor fact that i am scanner-less is the reason.
plus shitty drawings + stuff i do when im bored.

plus, i have been in the darkroom since a very ripe [/rape] age of 13. so if you wanna talk shit. talk shit. but in a critique sort of way. dont think i havent paid my darkroom dues, dicks. ive had to sit through semester after sesmester of shitty people thinking their work is the shit and learn to do all my shit. my camera is a POS. i love it. Nikon FM10 from Ebay, i profess my undying love to you everyday. infact in a few moments, ill be feeding you your fave... some TMax 100 all in your teef. not to mention i bought you your legs... my wonderous tripod. i love you all.

also, my digital camera. its like a brick with a veiwfinder. dont think you do any less work with a digital camera. set the aperature, focus, light meter. its all there. theres nothing wrong with digital. i like photoshop. i like it being on my computer. they all have to end up there to get here anywho... so

there you have it. i fucking rule. like balls. would rule.

it is my fault that my darkroom prints are so amazing that they have digital picture quality? YES because i fucking made them that way. you should kiss the ground i walk on.

and im sitting alone in my room right now, and i really feel like taking pictures. alas its cold outside, and theres nothing around to photograph.

PS i think listening to futuresex/lovesounds makes me want to photograph like a mad person... ok. im going outside right now, to maybe take some pictures. we'll see how that goes.

i love love love school. but it is uninspiring. and i dont see any pictures around here.
and finals are next week. but ill try to work something in.
